Attached is a spreadsheet for the fiber repair / replacement project. On the spreadsheet it shows what day the units will be worked on. What QXC will do is come into your unit disconnect the fiber that is there now. Then they will attach a new armored fiber cable to the HEX unit in your condo (black box with flashing lights), go through the wall and out to the NIB located on the outside of your unit. There are 4 NIB locations on our buildings. We have agreed how the new armored fiber will be run on the outside. We have chosen a route for each NIB location, to conceal the fiber as much as possible.
The work on each unit should take about 30 minutes. As you can see on the spread sheet we will do the work starting with building one and then go in order of building number after that. In phase two buildings they will start with 101 & 201, then 102 & 202 and so on. From the spread sheet, looking at the dates shown, your building and unit number you can estimate what time of day they will need access to your unit, morning, noon, or afternoon.
While they are working on your unit, your internet, TV and land line phone will be out of service.
