Until such time, we pass the amendment to allow email as an official form of communication, we will need to collect paper Limited Proxies and Ballots to Amend our documents.
You will receive a packet with a self-addressed envelope and Limited Proxy form to be mailed back to River Club via USPS. We are sending this email so you have full access to review both proposed changes and a final proposal.
All documents are on the website, and within the attached documents, the links will take you to the appropriate files on the RCMCOWNERS.ORG website.
While the details may seem overwhelming, within the attached file RC_DocumentSummary.pdf, you will see details regarding the process and changes made to the documents.
The attached file AmendmentMeetingPackageFinalmailer.pdf includes most of what has been mailed to you via USPS, however the links within the document will work when reading it from an electronic device.
It is important that we collect your Limited Proxy forms as we need to complete this process to amend and restate our documents.
If you have questions or concerns, please feel free to contact Jon Korda by email (jkorda@maine.rr.com) cell: (207)229-8816 or the Main Office.
Please know that we need the Limited Proxy forms returned as soon as possible. You should be receiving them in the next couple days.
Thank You
River Club of Martin County
