All the areas around River Club that have pavers are showing their age, and most are in dire need of a good cleaning and a professional seal coat. We will be deep cleaning, applying new sand to the joints and sealing all our paver areas in the coming weeks. The areas to be done are the pool area, walkway across from the club house, and the 13 entryway areas of the phase one buildings. As we establish the schedule it will be posted, and you will get emails.
Basically, the pool area and the walkway will be closed for two days while the cleaning and sealing work is being done. The phase one entry walkways will need to have restricted traffic while the cleaning and sealing is taking place. There may be times when these areas will be shut down to all traffic for short periods. When we know the exact schedule, we will let you know. Just be prepared for the minor inconveniences that may come up during the process.
