More to Know:
You should be aware that they have not yet included channel 64, our Community Channel on the new QXC Stream app yet. I have made it clear to QXC that River Club residents use this Channel 64 heavily and that they should not be deploying the app until it is ready. The manager, Weldon Brown, at QXC has indicated that our community channel will be included at some time, but not until after they complete upgrading all communities. I was not given a time frame, and expressed to him that this community will be upset. I got nowhere with him, but have made my plea to Helene Mark, VP of sales at QXC. She will see what she can do and understands our need.
Without a date or commitment to make sure our community channel is up on the new app, I am suggesting that you do not delete the existing QXP app so you might access the community channel at least until Feb 28, or until our Community App is on the new app.
According to QXC's tech team manager, they plan on knocking on doors this week, and are hopeful that a Board member can let them into homes that are not occupied. They have given you support numbers to schedule appointments should you need help. I will not interfere with their plan.
