We have received 5 envelopes that did not have the owner's name & unit # on them as part
of the validation that the owner participated in the voting. If these are not identified, they will not be included in the ballot count.
Envelope: 1) Dropped off on 12/5 late morning.
2) Mailed 12/6 from West Palm Beach (rec'd 12/8)
3) Dropped off after 12/8 with a coffee stain
4) Dropped off on 12/14 between 11 a.m and 12:30 during the Budget Meeting.
5) Mailed 12/12 from West Palm Beach (rec'd 12/16/)
Please call me to identify your envelope to log as received as a participating owner & to be added to the ballot count.
Note: The mailer is thrown out and only the “Secret Ballot” envelope without any identification is opened at the January meeting.
