Proposed Amendment Envelopes & Reminder to read the letter & instructions .

   We have received 5 envelopes that did not have the owner's name & unit # on them as part

   of the validation that the owner participated in the voting.    If these are not identified, they will not be included in the ballot count.
    Envelope:     1)  Dropped off on 12/5 late morning.
                         2)  Mailed 12/6 from West Palm Beach (rec'd 12/8)
                         3)  Dropped off after 12/8  with a coffee stain
                         4)  Dropped off on 12/14 between 11 a.m and 12:30 during the Budget Meeting.
                         5)  Mailed 12/12 from West Palm Beach (rec'd 12/16/)
   Please call me to identify your envelope to log as received as a participating owner & to be added to the ballot count.
   Note:  The mailer is thrown out and only the “Secret Ballot” envelope without any identification is opened at the January meeting.

PALM TREE TRIMMING

  WE APOLOGIZE, BUT 707 DECIDED TO TRIM THE PALM TREES EARLIER THAN EXPECTED AND

  DID NOT GIVE THE COMMITTEE NOTICE !
  PLEASE MOVE YOUR CAR IF YOU ARE PARKED BY A PALM TREE THAT HAS NOT BEEN TRIMMED
  THEY WILL BE COMPLETING THE CUTTING WITHIN THE NEXT DAY OR TWO.
  BUILDING # 14 –    707 NEEDS TO HAVE YOUR CARS REMOVED TO COMPLETE THE CUTTING OF THAT BUILDING.
