Proposed Amendment Ballots:

We found that if mailed in Jensen Beach the mail goes through West Palm Beach prior to delivery to Jensen Beach !

We are still trying to identify several residents that submitted their ballots for the proposed amendment without

their name or unit number on the envelope holding the secret ballot envelope. 

 1)  Mailed 12/6 from Jensen Beach (rec'd 12/8)

2)  Dropped off around 12/8 with a coffee stain.

3)  Mailed 12/12 from Jensen Beach (rec'd) 12/16)

4)  Dropped off 12/19 or 12;20 thru office slot.

5)  Just mailed 12/24 or 26, rec'd 12/27 or 28

6)  Mailed from (or maybe thru) DV Daniels  NJ  on 12/21;  rec'd 12/28

 Please call or text me to identify your envelope for your ballot to be submitted for the official count at the Annual Meeting.

 If you are unsure, I will be glad to recheck; but we want everyone's ballot to count.
