PARKING LOT SEALCOATING RESCHEDULED

   

   On October 31st, Tuesday, the Parking Lot area in front of Bldgs.  6,7,& 8 will be sealcoated.
   On November 1st, Wednesday, the Striping will then be done to that parking lot.
  PLEASE MOVE YOUR CARS FROM YOUR PARKING LOT TO THE CLUBHOUSE LOT OR 
 BETWEEN  BUILDINGS 4 OR 5 BY MONDAY NIGHT.   YOU WILL BE ABLE TO MOVE THEM BACK
 FRIDAY, NOV. 3RD.  THIS WILL GIVE AMPLE TIME FOR DRYING AFTER THE STRIPING. 
 ALL OF THIS IS WEATHER PERMITTING; NOTIFICATION WILL FOLLOW IF ANY CHANGES.

SEALCOATING WILL ALSO BE DONE TO AREAS WITH ORANGE CONES.   PLEASE GIVE AT
LEAST AN 8 FOOT  CLEARANCE ON BOTH SIDES FOR THIS REPAIR.

SEALCOATING UPDATE

      

   THE CONES WILL BE LEFT UP THROUGH TUESDAY FOR THE SEALCOATING TO CURE / DRY.  
  PLEASE DRIVE ON THE UNSEALED ROAD ( NOT THE BLACK STUFF) !!    
  THE PARKING LOT IN FRONT OF BUILDING 14 AND BY THE CLUBHOUSE ARE AVAILABLE TO PULL INTO WHEN MEETING
  ANOTHER VEHICLE .FOR PASSING.  (Use your directionals)      BE CAREFUL  AND CONSIDERATE OF YOUR NEIGHBOR.
  ON OCTOBER 25th, WEDNESDAY,  THE PROJECT WILL RESUME ON THE OTHER SIDE OF THE ROADWAY RUNNING
  THROUGH THE COMPLEX.     IF THERE IS A CHANGE, YOU WILL BE NOTIFIED.

SEALCOATING PROJECT – WEEK OF OCTOBER 23rd

 WE ARE IN NEED OF 7 MORE VOLUNTEERS FOR THE PROJECT TO HELP DIRECT THE TRAFFIC FLOW.   12 VOLUNTEERS ARE NEEDED &

 FIVE (5) PEOPLE HAVE ALREADY VOLUNTEERED.   PLEASE CALL ERIC (516-906-2276) OR LARRY HANLON (631-478-7926) ON SATURDAY.
    Grab a hat, suntan lotion and a chair and join us.

 WE WOULD ALSO NEED A COUPLE VOLUNTEERS AT THE ENTRANCE FOR PACKAGE DELIVERY.   WE ARE TRYING TO KEEP ALL TRAFFIC
 TO A MINIMUM.   CHECK YOUR TRACKING !
 WATCH FOR ORANGE CONES WHERE PAVEMENT IS TO BE SEALED & KEEP A DISTANCE OF 8 FEET FOR PARKING.
 CANCELLED VENDORS FOR THE WEEK OF OCTOBER 23rd TO RESUME ON OCTOBER 30th (except for garbage pickup by the clubhouse)
 WASTE MANAGEMENT  –  GARBAGE/ RECYCLE BINS ;  PEST CONTROL ;  707 LAWNSCAPING ; &  POST OFFICE IS WORKING WITH US..
