Please find attached our new Vendor Registration Form, Architectural Review Standards and Rules and Regulations that support same, as approved at our 9/27/23 board meeting.

Changes can be noted by strikethrough (deleted) or color with green as being added, yellow as being corrected, or red as being deleted.

 

Major changes…

Miami-Dade County code (HVHZ) vs Martin County code being our standard for hurricane protections going forward.

Vendors/contractors have to register with the office prior to starting work on the property.

Bad News:        It will be an intensive repair which may take a couple of days.    QXC is in the process of reaching out to those units affected by phone.
