Hello RC Residents:
We are in the process of changing the start date of our parking lot sealing and striping for the tail end of May to allow for the part timers to go north and open up the parking lots a bit more. We want this process to run as soon as possible and once they start, any delays could result in additional costs for us. The contractor will be pressure washing parking lots and parking curbs prior to the process of sealing begins. We are working on a plan to efficiently section off certain parts of the areas to allow them to get in and get out with minimal inconvenience to our residents.
Please make sure we know where your car keys are so that we can move your vehicle as needed. Remember, we cannot move your car if it is covered or if it does not start and unfortunately it will be towed and stored off site at owner's expense. We will be posting signs and utilizing barriers in advance. Please continue to check your emails for updates!
Please make this a priority in your plans before leaving for the season.
