Hello owners in building 1,
As you may have heard, some phase one 1st floor units had the internet fiber installed through the dryer vent hose. We have determined this installation was done without our knowledge and is in violation of Florida building code.
QXC has agreed to cure this code violation and rerun the cable this week for any unit not to code. All will be checked.
There is one Unit in Bldg 4 and one Unit in Bldg 2;, then on to Building # 1
As such, we will be looking to gain access to attics and units in the affected building to address this issue.tomorrow, Thursday, June 29th
Look for a call and/or a knock on your door as we move this project forward.
Thanks, Tony King, VP, RCOMC
