RC LANDSCAPE COMMITTEE (LC)
Welcome to the River Club Landscape Committee’s owner Information page. We are your River Club neighbors and friends who enjoy the many facets of planting and landscaping. The Landscape Committee’s intention is to reduce the workload of the RC BOD with processing work orders, suggestions and complaints submitted by you, the owner, that relate to RC landscaping and grounds. Our objective is to help RC owners with their landscaping wants and needs, as their liaison to the Board, and at the same time keep a unified look to the grounds at River Club.
As volunteers dedicated to keeping River Club a beautiful place to live, we ask for your cooperation in following the new planting and landscape guidelines adopted by the committee and approved by your Board. These changes and additions to any current regulations will assist us in beautifying the grounds at RC. This will be a team effort in bringing everyone on board with what is acceptable in and around your units. The goal is to bring River Club back to being the tropical paradise we all know and love. This process for maintaining the landscaping at River Club will be ongoing for years to come, and hopefully continue to keep River Club the beautiful place that we all call home!
